This fully waterproof safety light comes with a specially adapted stainless bracket that unobtrusively and securely fixes beneath the forward handle on your Kirton K2. It's no headlamp, but is plenty bright enough to make your kayak stand out at night (great for winter training) and is also a DW essential, as it satisfies the *DW rule noted below. Fitting notes

Before purchase please check you are able to remove the forward handle screw on your kayak. This bracket is designed to work with Kirton deck fittings only.

Two-in-one design 

The unique two in one design means the light can be quickly removed and used as a clip-on personal safety light as well. Pop the light off  the light holder body and snap it onto a pocket or strap on your PFD. The clip itself also has two holes on the back so can easily be tethered to your clothing for extra security.

We only use genuine Guardian Expedition lights. These amazing waterproof lights run for ages and weigh practically nothing, making them perfect for training, racing and extreme endurance races like the Devises to Westminster. This light’s  primary function is for safety so that you can be seen, it’s not a super-bright headlight, but they are still surprisingly useful for illuminating nearby surfaces in low-light, like the ground when carrying the boat upside-down.
